SHIPPING POLICY

ORDERS PLACED MONDAY - FRIDAY BEFORE 6pm WILL BE PROCESSED THE SAME DAY 

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 6pm WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT DAY. 

SATURDAY DELIVERY 

YOU MUST PLACE YOUR ORDER BEFORE 6pm FRIDAY & SELECT SATURDAY DELIVERY AT CHECKOUT. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all details are correct before checking out, we cannot take responsibility for any errors made by the customer. If a customer chooses to leave their item in a ‘safe place’ and the item goes missing we cannot be held responsible, also in the unlikely event an item is wrongly delivered or goes missing an investigation will take place which can take up to 30 days. Any issues with delivery will need to be reported to our customer service team within 14 days on contact@vvseason.co.uk we cannot be held responsible for any issues reported to us outside the 14 day period.
