Refund policy

Extended Christmas Returns 

Any orders placed between 13th November 2025 & 24th December 2025 can be returned up until January 9th 2026


Refunds & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return your items to us for an exchange, store credit or refund. 

  • Refunds are available on full-priced items only. 
  • Items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange only. If an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued.
  • Please carefully review your order before placing it, as we are unable to cancel or amend orders once confirmed.


Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, you must report this within 7 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept fault claims made after this period.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached and not damaged
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Include your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) in the package

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked service (e.g. Royal Mail Tracked) and keeping proof of postage, as the returned item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

How to Return

You can request a return or exchange via our Returns Portal:

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm whether it has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes, so please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
